Cancellation And Refund Policy

Thank you for booking your yoga retreat or experience with Yogacation! We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.  This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations.

Booking and Non-Refundable Deposit

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.  This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative costs and secures your spot. Remaining 80% of amount must be paid 25 days before the start of retreat or yoga/wellness experience.

Cancellation by You (the Customer)

More than 14 days Before the Start Date: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the scheduled start date of your retreat or experience, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.

7 to 14 Days Before the Start Date: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, you will receive a refund of 50 % of the total booking amount, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.  (Example: If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before, you receive 50% back minus the deposit).

Less than 7 Days Before the Start Date: If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, or if you cancel after the start date, no refund will be issued.

No-Shows:* If you do not show up for your booked retreat or experience without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Us (Yogacation or the Retreat Organizer)

In the rare event that we or the retreat organizer must cancel a retreat or experience, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the 20% non-refundable deposit.  We will make every effort to provide you with alternative options, such as rescheduling or transferring your booking to another retreat.  However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation, such as travel costs.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.  In exceptional cases (e.g., documented medical emergencies or force majeure events), we may consider a partial refund even if the cancellation falls within the non-refundable period.  Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.  Please contact us as soon as possible with any supporting documentation.

Transferring Your Booking

In some cases, it may be possible to transfer your booking to another person.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to explore this option.  A transfer fee may apply.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us in writing at yogacationindia@gmail.com or Link to Cancellation.  Your cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your written notice.

Changes to this Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.  Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the effective date of the revised policy.
